performative event, 3 channel video installation, 28:19, 2016

The live event explores inclusiveness and exclusiveness in the understandings of origin through a collaboration of art, science and performance. The performance presents three UK based actors invited to perform a script of an intimate conversation between a teacher and a student of Buddhism. The script is a translated edit from a different cultural context of Buddhism in Korea as performed in “Provocation of the Nightingale #1”.
