Nestled between peat and peregrine, AX Archive finds convergence in a foregathering of essential rhythms and returns. Through in-place research, it engages practices for cooking, painting, performance, poetry, printing, and sound, with motion to record in contract with relational learning. AX Archive states to unravel and reclaim tales of union making through integrated language, ecological restoration, and mind conservation. AX Archive is a changing space, a migratory being, and a lifelong lyre, co-created by artists Shen Xin and Ali Van. Together as life partners, Ali and Xin reside on the Isle of Skye.
